Debbie King, PMP, MCITP
Chief Executive Officer

Debbie is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of DSK Solutions, Inc. Prior to forming DSK in 2000, she served as Director of Information Technology for the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing for seven years. In that capacity, Debbie was responsible for all of the association's technology initiatives, including the  association management system (AMS), databases, Web properties and technical infrastructure. Her experience as a former association staff member enables her to understand the nuances of the association environment and respond to the needs of her clients with great empathy and accuracy. Over the past ten years she has worked with associations to successfully address and benefit from the changing landscape relating to ecommerce and Business Intelligence, with an emphasis on Avectra products. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Science and Management Information Systems and is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).  Debbie holds six current Microsoft SQL 2008 Certifications, including MCITP Business Intelligence Developer, Database Developer, and Database Administrator.  As of February 2010 she is one of only 254 people worldwide with this distinction.


Judy Durand
Chief Operating Officer

With a proven history of excellence in management, communications, and strategic planning, Judy has worked in senior management positions reporting to a Presidential Appointee, the White House, and to CEO's of two Fortune 200 corporations as well as the CEO's of their subsidiaries. Subsequently, Judy successfully formed her own member-based nonprofit, and in that leadership role, she excelled in the areas of increasing member value, member benefits and member engagement.  With a keen understanding of the unique business needs of the nonprofit arena, Judy has closely partnered with leaders of associations for more than 15 years, assisting with capturing corporate sponsorships, planning and executing special events, and organizing advocacy campaigns. Prior to joining DSK, she also effectively managed two small, client-based businesses in highly competitive environments.  Judy graduated from the American University with honors.  Judy ensures that the DSK team and operations of the company reflect our core values of excellence, integrity and responsibility.
